Overview
The Mumbai Learning Alliance was established in 2005 by Caren Levy and Eleni Kyrou for the DPU MSc in Urban Development Planning and Pascale Hofmann and Adriana Allen for the MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development in collaboration with SPARC, Mahila Milan and the National Slum Dwellers Federation (NSDF) in India to research resettlement and rehabilitation strategies and plans, working with pavement, railway and slum dwellers across Metropolitan Mumbai.
